We can currently ship orders within the UK only.

Please note we are not currently able to offer a next day service to Northern Ireland as delivery will take 2 days. 

Delivery information

We ship orders via Fedex, DPD and Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be delivered.

Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered during busy times.

Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm, will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

*Please note that in the event of adverse weather, deliveries may be affected and we cannot guarantee all delivery timeframes.

Returns policy

We do our best to make the returns process as quick and easy as possible.

To return your product, please email info@uktoolsupply.com and we will arrange the return with you.

Our policy lasts 30 days, so please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Order cancellation or change of address

Our warehouse team work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. Providing your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order or change your delivery address.

Email us at info@uktoolsupply.com or reply to your order confirmation email to cancel your order or change the delivery address and we will action the request as long as the order has not been dispatched.

Lost, damaged or missing items

Please contact us at info@uktoolsupply.com if there are any issues with your order.

Once your order has been despatched, you can:

Advise us that an item arrived damaged and arrange a replacement (please also email a photo of your damaged / faulty item to info@uktoolsupply.com)
